Installed delivery

Hudson walls are commercial fixtures delivered, set up, and commissioned by Hudson Pictures at an approved customer site. They are not shipped as conventional parcels.

What installed pricing includes

Published ownership pricing includes delivery, setup, integration, calibration, and commissioning at an approved site. The first content loop made from the customer’s existing assets and its remote launch are also included.

Site review

Before accepting an order, Hudson Pictures confirms the address, placement, route of access, doors and elevators, loading conditions, floor condition, power, network needs, delivery schedule, tax, and product availability. The customer must provide accurate site information and obtain landlord, property, or other approvals unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Additional charges

Location-specific freight, travel, unusual access, stairs, lifts, permits, electrical work, network work, after-hours work, storage, or return visits caused by an unready site are not included unless stated in writing. Any required additional charge will be quoted before order acceptance or approved in writing before the extra work is performed.

Scheduling

Delivery dates are estimates until confirmed. An authorized customer representative must be available at the agreed time. Please tell us promptly about construction delays, restricted access, or other conditions that could affect delivery.

At delivery

Hudson Pictures will position, assemble, test, calibrate, and commission the wall within the agreed scope. The customer should inspect the wall with our team. Visible damage, missing items, or an incorrect shipment must be reported within five business days of delivery.

Delays outside reasonable control

We are not responsible for delay caused by carriers, utilities, unsafe or inaccessible sites, weather, natural events, government action, labor disruption, or supplier interruption. We will communicate promptly and reschedule as reasonably possible.
